Order Processing
All orders placed on opulentdreams.co.uk are carefully processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT) or over the weekend will begin processing on the next available business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, followed by a separate dispatch notification with your tracking details once your parcel has been collected by our courier.

- We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If our courier is unable to deliver your parcel, they will typically leave a calling card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect from your local depot. Uncollected parcels are returned to us after a holding period. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional charges may apply).
Damaged or Missing Items
At Opulent Dreams, every order is packed with care. However, in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
